Fixed Fuel Prices

Fixed Price Supply & Fuel Cards

With Portland’s fixed price fuel options, businesses have complete certainty over their fuel costs and can budget with confidence.

We offer locked in prices for both bulk deliveries and fuel card refuelling, allowing organisations to control spend over longer periods of time.

Our customers can choose from fixed price contracts for 3 to 18 months ahead, competitive floating price contracts, or flexible spot delivery rates, based on their preferences.

Whether you receive bulk fuel deliveries into a storage tank or use fuel cards for refuelling on the road, Portland has you covered. We offer nationwide delivery of commercial fuels via road tanker, through fuel cards and via fuel network transfer. The following fixed price fuel options are available:

Bulk Delivery
We offer the option of a fixed price for 3 to 18 months ahead. Our locked-in fuel prices allow your business to budget costs over longer periods of time, shielding you from movements in the market. Alternatively, we offer competitive floating price contracts or a flexible, one-off spot delivery price, if you’d prefer not to lock in a long-term price.

Fuel Cards
Our fuel cards are accepted at the UK’s main fuel network sites, allowing you to buy diesel at a single price across thousands of forecourts. Take advantage of a guaranteed fixed price for 3 to 18 months ahead, or if you prefer, simply receive our competitive weekly rate without a lock in requirement.

Network Transfer (Bunkering)
A fixed price for 3 to 18 months ahead on the UK Fuels or Keyfuels networks. Portland transfers the diesel into your account at a fixed price, and you use your existing cards as normal. If a fixed price isn’t for you, you can also take advantage of our competitive spot rates.

Fixed price fuel with Portland means you have complete certainty over fuel costs, so you can budget with confidence and stay ahead of the competition. There are no fees involved with locking in a price and very low minimum volume requirements.

Financial Fuel Hedging
